How to Create Scheduled Flows in Power Automate (Step-by-Step)

To create a scheduled cloud flow in Microsoft Power Automate, navigate to Power Automate > Create > Scheduled cloud flow. At the "Build a scheduled cloud flow" window, choose a name for your flow, select the start date, and specify the recurrence interval (e.g., every 1 day or every 1 week). Once done, click on the Create button, configure the Recurrence trigger, and specify the time zone, start time, and days of the week for weekly flows ("Show advanced options"). Then add the desired actions (e.g., send an email, publish to Teams, get SharePoint items, etc.). Finally, click on the Save button.

Power Automate flows can help you complete a great variety of tasks and activities. They are helpful not only for automating some complicated business processes but also for sending notifications, completing minor routine operations, etc.

This article is going to discuss the methods of scheduling flows to perform their actions regularly or at a certain time automatically.
